- Lyrically, I came up with the line: “I Don’t Come From Detroit City”, while we were jamming, and then added images that I either did or didn’t do. I felt that was all this song needed.
- In my opinion, the best version is the live one from 1992.
- I love the music that came out of Detroit City! Some of my favourite bands of all-time – Iggy, MC5, Funkadelic, Alice etc etc etc
